Who is Kyndof’s BD leader?
– Central to strategy : Not just a team member; You will play a key role in all stages of business development and drive Kyndofโs growth.
– Versatile player : Leads every process from market research to strategy formulation, sales automation, and pipeline design to create new business opportunities.
– Automation Expert : Responsible for automating sales processes and optimizing inbound sales pipelines using Airtable, Zapier, Notion, etc.
– Partnership Master : You will build strategic partnerships and create the network you need to take the business to the next level.
What kind of work do you do?
Leading all aspects of business development.
– Investigate the market and find opportunities : thoroughly analyze the fashion, entertainment, and agency industries to discover the best opportunities.
– Strategy and execute : Plan growth strategies, bring new services and products to market. Make our dream business model a reality.
– Lead Generation & Sales : Directly generate leads, initiate first contacts with customers, close deals, and think about ways to expand services.
– Automation and pipeline construction : Automate the sales process using Airtables, Zapier, Notion, and more, and design efficient pipelines.
– Create partnerships : Propose, negotiate strategic partnerships, and expand the network.
We want to work with someone who has these capabilities.
– BD/Sales/Strategy/CRM Experience : More than 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
– Thirsty for learning : Someone who can play all areas of DR/BDR/AE/AM/CSM and can quickly learn and fill in any shortcomings.
– Tech savvy : someone who is good at Hubspots, Airtables, Zapier, Notion, etc. and has experience in automating sales and pipeline design with B2B SaaS.
– Fashion domain knowledge : Someone who has a good understanding of the structure and flow of the fashion industry and can estimate the needs of a brand with sales of 30 to 50 billion won
– Executioner : Someone who can confidently carry out all steps, including market research, deal closing, and customer management.
– Thirsty for growth : Someone who enjoys learning and growing in a fast-changing environment, and who can work independently while also collaborating with a team.
