Kyndof’s Parents’ Day Event — Warmth Crafted by Hand
Last week, Kyndof held its very first meaningful Parents’ Day celebration.
In honor of the upcoming Parents’ Day, every team member personally assembled a carnation gift box and sent it to their parents, accompanied by a carefully written message card. It was a day filled with sincerity and Kyndof’s own unique warmth.
Team Members Crafting Carnation Gifts with Care
This event was more than just a Parents’ Day commemoration — it was also a small, special moment for Kyndof’s team members. In the midst of a busy work environment where such occasions can easily be overlooked, we wanted to create a warm cultural event that allowed everyone to express their gratitude.
To ensure that feeling of appreciation was truly conveyed, every detail was thoughtfully prepared. We sourced fresh red carnations to send to parents, alongside soap flowers that would never wilt. We carefully selected matching boxes, wrapping paper, and fabric pouches to complement the flowers.
To set the mood, we prepared refreshments and tea, and played soft background music throughout the space. Thanks to those thoughtful preparations, team members thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the activity.
Team members filled their boxes one by one with flowers and letters, expressing their gratitude. There was joy in the focused crafting, and laughter bloomed as everyone proudly showed each other their unique creations.
A Moment of Touching Hearts
What was most moving were the messages that arrived after the gifts reached their parents.
“I can’t believe you made such a beautiful flower box yourself — I’m so touched!” and “Just seeing the photo, I can feel all the warmth inside.”
Team members smiled warmly, sharing that “this was a chance to convey feelings I hadn’t been able to put into words before.”
After the event, there was also a heartwarming moment when team members received financier sets as a token of appreciation.
A Photo to Remember — Hearts and Flowers in Full Bloom
This carnation event was a time that beautifully embodied our team culture of ‘getting to know each other and creating something together.’
Thanks to cultural events like this — where even in our busy work environment we can celebrate important occasions like Parents’ Day — our team members experienced something new and heartfelt.
We look forward to more small but sincere events like this, as Kyndof’s spring continues to bloom.
