9 KCC Members Launch New Projects with Kyndof

This week, we kicked off our collaborative projects with 9 Kyndof Creative Club (KCC) members. Most of the members had prior work experience, yet there was a noticeable sense of anticipation as they prepared for the kickoff — a feeling of standing at an important milestone in their careers.

Office Tour — Their First Day at Headquarters

The first day began with an office tour designed to help the KCC members feel at ease in their new environment. We walked them through various resources and spaces that would support their performance as project contributors — not just as visitors, but as members of the team.

Introduction to the Team and Work Culture

After the tour, we held a session to introduce the team and share Kyndof’s working culture. We explained how daily standup meetings run, how tasks are managed, and how teams collaborate — giving the KCC members a realistic picture of what their time here would look like.

Project Kickoff

In the afternoon, we held the official project kickoff. Each KCC member was paired with a Kyndof team member to begin their assigned project. Some members dove straight into creative work, while others started with research and planning — but all of them began with clear goals and purpose.
