2000Atelier Hits 100 Million Won in Monthly Sales Two Months After Launch

Kyndof said 2000Atelier, the fashion production service it launched in November 2024, reached 100 million won in monthly sales within two months by cutting sample production down to days.

Kyndof, a brand incubation platform startup led by chief executive Kim Seon-bin, said 2000Atelier, the fashion production service it established in November 2024, recorded 100 million won in monthly sales two months after it was set up. The company said it delivered tangible results in a short period by dramatically simplifying existing fashion production processes.

According to Kyndof, 2000Atelier is a service that sharply reduces reliance on the in-house design studios and skilled specialists long treated as essential in fashion production. It has shortened garment sample production, which normally takes several weeks, to a matter of days, raising production speed while also improving cost efficiency.

Since its launch, 2000Atelier has completed about 20 projects for the entertainment industry, including for K-pop artist aespa, demonstrating both quality and an ability to meet deadlines. Kim Kang-min, a manager at 2000Atelier, said, “The pain is severe for the show business industry, which depends heavily on fashion but has no internal design studio,” adding, “We want to make it possible to run a fashion-related brand business without an in-house design studio.”

2000Atelier also plans to offer a 'fashion directing' service in cooperation with a Japanese fashion brand, covering the entire process from planning through delivery. On the strength of these results, Kyndof won the grand prize at the FASHION HUB SCALE-UP 2024 demo day hosted by Seoul Fashion Hub (SFHub) in December 2024, and plans to use it to accelerate the digital transformation and advancement of fashion production processes.
