2000Archives Builds a Custom Racing Look for Jennie

2000Archives, Kyndof's designer brand, made custom stage outfits for Jennie's Chicago concert, using real leather and hotfix detail plus a skirt reworked from vintage clothing.

2000Archives, the designer brand run by Kyndof under chief executive Kim Seon-bin, took part in producing stage outfits for global artist Jennie's concert. The show was held in Chicago on June 18, and Jennie drew attention from fans by wearing custom 2000Archives pieces on stage two weeks in a row.

The outfits gave a sporty racing mood a polished treatment. Real leather and hotfix detailing were used extensively to build a bold, three-dimensional look. Running through the overall tone of the stage was red, the signature color of 2000Archives. Set against Jennie's intense performance, the color worked as a visual focal point and at the same time as a core element expressing the brand's identity.

The piece that drew the most attention was a skirt reworked from vintage clothing. Made with a zero-waste approach, it added weight to the project as a sustainable design. That is why the collaboration is read as more than a star simply wearing a brand's clothes, and instead as a case in which fashion and sustainability came together on stage.

A leather jacket customized for Jennie and a bodysuit printed with ‘Jennie’ were also part of the stage wardrobe. Both are signature pieces in which the brand's identity and the artist's personality meet, following the 2000Archives ‘Jennie lettering bikini’ that drew attention earlier.
