Who is Kindoff’s BD Lead?
• Central to our strategy:More than just a team member. You will play a key role in all stages of business development, driving Kyndof's growth.
• Versatile Player:We lead the entire process from market research to strategy establishment, sales automation, and pipeline design, creating new business opportunities.
• Master of Automation:Responsible for automating the sales process and optimizing the inbound sales pipeline using Airtable, Zapier, and Notion.
• Artisan of Partnership:You will build strategic partnerships and create the networks needed to further expand our business.
What are your responsibilities?
Leads overall business development.
• Market Research & Opportunity Finding:We thoroughly analyze the fashion, entertainment, and agency industries to identify the best opportunities.
• Develop and execute a strategy:Formulate our growth strategy and bring new services and products to market. We make your dream business model a reality.
• Lead Generation & Sales:Directly discover leads and lead the first meeting with customers. We conclude deals and think about ways to expand services.
• Automation & Pipeline Building:Automate the sales process and design an efficient pipeline using Airtable, Zapier, Notion, etc.
• Create a partnership:Propose, negotiate and expand our network of strategic partnerships.

• BD/Sales/Strategy/CRM Experience:At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.
• Those who are thirsty for learning:A person who can play in all areas of SDR/BDR/AE/AM/CSM and can quickly learn and make up for any shortcomings
• Tech-savvy:Someone who is good at using Hubspot, Airtable, Zapier, and Notion, and has experience in sales automation and pipeline design through B2B SaaS.
• Fashion domain knowledge:A person who has a good understanding of the structure and flow of the fashion industry and can gauge the needs of a brand with sales of KRW 30-20 billion.
• People with executive power:Someone who can confidently carry out all steps, including market research, deal closing, and customer management.
• People who are thirsty for growth:A person who enjoys learning and growth in a fast-changing environment, and who can work independently and collaborate with a team.
