Kindoff is a brand house that seeks to structure the consumer goods and brand industry in the form of a HYBE.

We plan to go beyond a simple fashion company and build a brand operation and production infrastructure together to create a new standard in the fashion industry.

• 2000Atelier — An entertainment B2B apparel studio visited by world-class artists, including Korean Wave stars such as Blackpink and Aespa. Production of global stage costumes and carrying out brand collaboration projects

Recruitment Position

• Position: Management Support Team Leader / CEO Staff

• Reports to: CEO (direct report)

• Work type: full-time

• Location: Near Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station, Seoul (department store building, trendy shared office space)

What to do

① Role as a stable mainstay of the corporation

• One person in charge of all management support tasks, including human resources, finance, general affairs, and administration

• Corporate operations management (contract review, tax processing, administrative procedures, etc.)

• Practical collaboration and schedule management with external accounting/tax/labor experts

② Strategic partnership for future growth

• Dedicated to planning and operation of government-supported projects such as TIPS, R&D, and startup leap packages

• Maximize company value by writing business plans, IR materials, and various reports

• Organizing documents related to policy funds and investment attraction and communicating with stakeholders

③ CEO’s strategic business partner

• CEO decision-making support and prior review of key agenda items

• Overseeing external cooperation and institutional communication

• Proactive management support through discovering new tasks and responding to issues

I'm looking for someone like this

prerequisite

• More than 3 years of startup management support/administrative work experience

• Experience in carrying out government-supported tasks such as TIPS is required (the entire process from planning to operation to settlement)

• Understanding of accounting, finance, and human resources practices and experience collaborating with related organizations

• Capability to lead stable corporate operations from the company’s perspective

• Clear communication and practical collaboration capabilities

• Digital Nativeness

• Experience in a fast-growing startup.

It's even better if you have this experience

• Strong preference given to those with practical experience in financing (investment attraction, policy finance, etc.)

• Experienced in AC/VC, public institutions, government agencies

• Deep understanding of the fashion/content/entertainment industry

• Capable of English business communication
