Position

• Position: Business Operations Manager / CEO Staff

• Reports to: CEO (direct report)

• Employment type: Full-time

• Location: Near Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station, Seoul (department-store building, trendy shared-office environment)

What You'll Do

Serve as the operational backbone of the company.

• Oversee the full scope of business operations, including HR, finance, general affairs, and administration.

• Manage core corporate operations such as contract review, tax coordination, and administrative procedures.

• Coordinate closely with external accounting, tax, and labor partners.

Act as a strategic partner for future growth.

• Lead the planning and execution of government-backed projects such as TIPS, R&D, and startup scale-up programs.

• Increase company value through business plans, IR materials, and management reports.

• Organize materials related to policy funding and fundraising, and communicate with relevant stakeholders.

Support the CEO as a strategic business partner.

• Support executive decision-making and help prepare key agendas in advance.

• Oversee external partnerships and institutional communication.

• Provide proactive operational support by identifying new workstreams and resolving issues quickly.

Who We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in startup business operations, administration, or management support.

• Experience managing government-backed programs such as TIPS across planning, execution, and settlement is required.

• Understanding of accounting, finance, and HR operations, along with experience collaborating with relevant agencies or partners.

• The ability to lead stable corporate operations from the company’s perspective.

• Clear communication and practical cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Strong digital fluency.

• Experience in a fast-growing startup.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on financing experience, including fundraising or policy finance.

• Experience working with ACs, VCs, public institutions, or government agencies.

• Deep understanding of the fashion, content, or entertainment industries.

• Business-level English communication skills.
