• Location: Jung-gu, Seoul (near Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station) + Remote available

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a systems-oriented engineer who will operate the AI workflow, agent runtime, and orchestration layer, and treat CI/CD, observability, and rollback capability like product surfaces. This role is for someone who sees infrastructure not as operational debt, but as a developer platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating the AI workflow stack: Run the AI workflow, agent runtime, and orchestration layer

• Improving CI/CD: Harden CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and deployment pipelines

• Upgrading observability: Improve logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and rollback systems

• Hardening the platform baseline: Improve platform reliability, cost, and security baselines

• Building the Golden Path: Bring dev, stage, and prod environments into a clear Golden Path

tech stack

• Platform/Infra: Kubernetes, Terraform, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines

• Observability: logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, incident response

• Reliability: rollback, release automation, deployment safety, platform hardening

• AI Platform: AI workflow, agent runtime, orchestration layer

• Security/Cost: security baselines, platform cost control, operational guardrails

Qualifications

• Experience with a platform, backend, DevOps, or SRE orientation

• Hands-on experience with multiple areas across Kubernetes, Terraform, and observability stacks

• Experience responding to production incidents or improving reliability

• Understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI platforms, MLOps, model serving, or GPU workloads

• Experience with GitOps, ArgoCD, Helm, Crossplane, or Vault

• Experience with AI tooling, Claude Code, or automation-oriented engineering culture
