Taking the test privately

You can take the test without entering contact details. We store your answers, work-preference result, completion time, a random result identifier, and consent records. An essential authentication cookie in that browser lets you reopen and manage the result.

The test supports self-understanding and conversations about working preferences. It is not used for medical diagnosis or automated hiring decisions.

If you receive an invitation

An invitation opens through a personal link sent only to you, and that link is your identity check. There is no separate email sign-in, so please don't share the link. Recruiting manages the invited email, linked candidate or application, invitation deadline, and status.

To start, you read the notice on the invitation screen and tick the consent box. When you finish, your answers and result are sent to the Kyndof hiring team automatically and used only for this hiring process and interviews. We record the consent version and time. If you don't want that, choose to take it privately on the same screen.

A shared result is kept for 180 days from saving, or for your application's retention period if it is linked to one. You can withdraw sharing or delete the result at any time from your result screen, or from another device by contacting us below. The invitation deadline is different from the result retention deadline.

Sharing with recruiting

If you consent and start on an invitation, or choose to attach your result to an application, your answers and result are linked to the invited or application email, candidate, or application for recruitment review and interview conversations. They are provided to authorized recruiting reviewers, not automatically published to all employees.

Taking the public test does not create an application. Attaching a result while applying for a role also requires a separate optional consent. You can still view your private result without sharing it with recruiting.

Public links and comparisons

A public link requires separate consent. You choose a type card or a detailed result; anyone with the link can view that content without signing in. A detailed result includes your own preference interpretations and axis results. Raw answers, invited email, private ownership credentials, recruiting linkage and data about other people are never published.

You separately choose whether someone may compare their result with yours. The person initiating a comparison must also prove ownership of their own result and consent to comparison. Links last seven days, 30 days, or until result retention ends, never beyond that deadline. Public sharing does not change recruiting or statistics consent.

You can change the public scope or revoke the link from your result screen. Newly copied links use the latest settings, but images someone already saved or preview copies held by an external service cannot be recalled.

Retention

Private results are kept for 180 days from saving. If you share a result linked to an application, that application’s retention deadline applies. Invitations without an application retain the private result’s existing deadline. The applicable deadline is shown at the sharing decision and on the result screen.

After expiry, the result and its shared links cannot be opened, and scheduled deletion removes the answers and result. Recruiting-system copies are deleted through synchronization. Minimal deletion records without answer content are retained for up to 30 days if the result was shared with recruiting, or up to one day otherwise.

For unfinished invitations, email and linkage data are removed by scheduled cleanup after 30 days from expiry or revocation. Completed invitations are deleted in line with the shared result’s retention.

Withdrawal and deletion

From the result screen in the owning browser, you can withdraw recruiting consent or delete the result. Withdrawal stops sharing with recruiting. Deletion also makes the private result and its linked public pages unavailable.

If you cleared the authentication cookie or use another device, contact us below. After identity verification, we handle access, correction, deletion, restriction, and consent-withdrawal requests. Recruiting-system updates may require synchronization time.

Service providers and access

We use Vercel for the website and servers, Supabase for storage, and Google Workspace for email and Google login. Some provider servers are outside Korea. Contact us below for details of processing providers and international transfers.

Advertising and session-recording tools do not run on test, result, or comparison screens. Essential authentication and security processing remain active. Only if you already opted into site analytics do we count start and share-button actions without individual answers or results.
