• Reports to: Brand Director / CEO

• Location: Jung-gu, Seoul (near Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station)
Who We're Looking For
Those who want to raise the level of K-POP show business to the next level through innovation in costumes and visuals. We are seeking an Account / Project Manager who has a deep understanding of the physiology of the entertainment industry and will lead projects smoothly between artists and brands.
Key Responsibilities
• Entertainer/Stylist Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with major entertainment companies and top stylist teams such as SM, JYP, YG, HYBE, etc.
• Stage Costume Project PM: Manage the entire stage costume project life cycle from order receipt to delivery - manage schedule, budget, and quality
• Artist collaboration project: Customized collaboration planning and proposals for each artist/group - stage costumes, pictorials, campaigns, etc.
• Write a brand partnership proposal: Writing and presenting partnership proposals for entertainment companies
• Schedule/Budget/Quality Management: We work closely with the atelier production team to deliver the highest quality results in accordance with the tight entertainment schedule.
• Feedback loop management: Deliver stylist/artist feedback to the production team in real time and manage corrections.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in the entertainment industry, stylist team, or fashion B2B
• Project management capabilities — the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Deep understanding of the K-POP ecosystem — Understanding entertainment company organizational structure, decision-making process, and seasonal schedules
• Excellent communication skills — good coordination between artist, stylist and internal production teams.
• Document writing skills — Proficient in writing business documents such as proposals, estimates, and project reports.
Preferred Qualifications
• From one of the four major entertainment companies (SM, JYP, YG, HYBE) or a major stylist team
• Have an existing celebrity/stylist network
• Practical understanding of the costume making process (material selection, pattern, fitting, modification)
• Experience as an overseas artist or global project
• Capable of English business communication
