2000 Archives is recruiting AMD to lead overall brand operations. We are looking for talented people who can grow with the brand by performing a variety of roles, from customer service and delivery management to product planning, marketing, and content operation assistance. Main tasks
· Customer inquiry response and overall CS work
· Product shipment management and inventory organization
· Assist with product planning and MD work
· Marketing content planning and production assistance
· Social media operation and management support
· Other support related to brand operation
Qualifications
· Anyone interested in the fashion industry and customer service
· Understanding and interest in SNS and digital content
· Problem-solving skills and meticulous work style
· Can use MS Office and basic digital tools
Preferential treatment
· Person with relevant work experience
· Ability to use design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
· Proficient in using digital collaboration tools such as Notion/Slack/Google Suite
· Adaptable to a rapidly changing startup environment
· Those with experience operating SNS
