Position

• Position: Full-stack Builder (IT / AI)

• Reports to: CEO (direct report)

• Work type: Full-time / contract (negotiable)

• Location: Jung-gu, Seoul (near Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station) + Remote available

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who will go beyond amplifying individual AI productivity and lead the ‘Agentic Native’ operation of the entire organization. We are waiting for a builder who will rebuild the most analog fashion industry into a 'digital twin' based on dynamic ontology and complete a resource allocation (quant strategy) system that maximizes profits by utilizing internal and external data.

Key Responsibilities

Building Agentic OS: Design and operate an AI agent orchestration system — transform all workflows within the company into agent-native

Fashion industry digital twin: Build a decision support system by structuring brand, product, customer, and trend data based on ontology/knowledge graph.

Quant-based resource allocation: Designing an optimal resource allocation system using internal and external data (sales, inventory, trends, competitors)

Ecommerce Data Pipeline: Establishment of e-commerce platform API linkage and natural language inquiry system such as cafe24, Musinsa, Cellmate, etc.

Upgrading your in-house automation bots: Maintain and expand in-house repetitive task automation systems such as Slack bot, n8n workflow, and email automation

Website/Frontend: Cafe24, Shopify, in-house website front-end maintenance and new feature development

SaaS extensions: In the mid to long term, monetize by expanding the internal system to SaaS (opportunity to acquire shares in subsidiaries is open)

Frontend: Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS

Backend/Infra: Supabase, PostgreSQL, Docker, GCP/AWS

AI/LLM: Claude API, OpenAI API, LangChain, n8n

Data: Neo4j (Knowledge Graph), Vespa (Vector Search)

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of full-stack development experience or someone who can prove equivalent skills

• Advanced level of AI/LLM utilization — Experience with agent design, RAG, and fine tuning beyond prompt engineering.

• System design capabilities — Those who can design and implement scalable architectures on their own.

• Automation Mind – Those who find repetitive tasks impatient and automate them.

• Those who have consistent commits on their personal GitHub (more than 50% grass space)

Preferred Qualifications

• Fashion/e-commerce domain experience or strong interest.

• Experience in knowledge graph/ontology design and implementation.

• Experience contributing to open source projects

• 0→1 building experience in startups

• People who are crazy about tech and new technologies and subscribe to three or more AI newsletters
