• Location: Jung-gu, Seoul (near Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station) + Remote available

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a builder who will design and strengthen the API, internal tools, workflow automation, Slack/Notion integrations, and microservices layer that connect our AI-native operating system to real business systems. This role is closer to an operations-systems builder than a feature developer, and is for someone who can turn ambiguous operations into code and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing the integration layer: Design the integration layer that connects Slack, Notion, internal services, and external platforms

• Implementing microservices & APIs: Implement systems built on microservices, APIs, webhooks, queues, and workers

• Building internal tools: Build internal tools, operator consoles, and admin tooling

• Workflow automation: Turn repetitive work into automation workflows that improve operator efficiency

• Owning the AI runtime glue layer: Manage the glue layer that keeps the AI agent runtime connected reliably to real work systems

• Languages: TypeScript, Python

• Integrations: Slack API, Notion API, webhooks, queues, workers

• Backend/Infra: API design, microservices, event-driven architecture, production deployment

• Tools: internal tools, operator console, admin tooling, workflow automation

• AI/Automation: LLM, agents, MCP, automation tooling

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software / full-stack / backend experience or equivalent demonstrated ability

• Hands-on experience with Python or TypeScript / Node.js

• Experience with API design, integrations, and workflow automation

• Experience operating and deploying services in production

• A systems mindset for structuring messy work into reliable software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Slack API, Notion API, CRM, ERP, or webhook integrations

• Experience with microservices, queues, or event-driven architecture

• Experience with LLM, agent, MCP, or automation tooling

• Experience working with high ownership in a startup environment
