and we’re looking for a Growth Manager to accelerate that momentum 💫

2000Archives is looking for a Growth Manager who can drive revenue growth, scale social media—especially Instagram—and manage brand performance in a hands-on way. This role is for someone who combines a strong understanding of the fashion market and designer brands with quantitative rigor and creative instinct. You’ll manage a freelance creator ecosystem, lead CX improvement and CRM marketing initiatives, and help accelerate the brand’s next stage of growth.

What Opportunities Will You Have?

Driving our sales growth strategy: You have the opportunity to develop and drive a specific action plan to achieve your sales growth goals.

Driving Social Media Growth: We can expand brand awareness by executing strategies for the operation and growth of social media channels such as Instagram.

Lead CX improvement projects: You'll have the opportunity to lead customer experience improvement projects to significantly increase purchase rates and customer satisfaction.

CRM marketing introduction and operation: You can introduce and operate a customer relationship management system (CRM) and carry out marketing activities that maximize customer lifetime value.

Freelance Team Operations: Collaborating with a variety of content creators gives you the opportunity to effectively manage your freelance organization and optimize performance.

What Skills and Experience Are Required?

Understanding the fashion market and designer brands: A high understanding of fashion trends and brand sensitivity is also required.

Quantitative analysis capabilities: Data-based decision-making skills, KPI analysis and reporting experience.

Social Media Strategy Experience: Practical experience in operating and growing Instagram.

Freelance management experience: Experience collaborating with freelancers or external personnel, and ability to run a flexible organization.

CX and CRM Experience: Experience in improving customer experience and CRM marketing activities.

Nice to Have

Practical experience in a fashion brand.

Experience leading growth in a startup or small business.

Successful CRM project experience.
