Recruitment Position

• Position: Marketer

• Reports to: CMO / CEO

• Work type: full-time

• Location: Jung-gu, Seoul (near Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station)

I'm looking for someone like this

While targeting the most fashionable scenes (top stars, models, and dancer communities), when they delve into the mass market, they paradoxically look for marketers who can turn the game upside down with the 'unfashionable' grammar and fresh counter-concepts.

Main tasks

• Establishment and implementation of SNS/content marketing strategy (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

• Celebrity/influencer seeding and collaboration project operation

• Planning and execution of e-commerce channel promotions such as Musinsa and Cafe 24

• Brand campaign planning and execution (seasonal lookbook, pop-up, collaboration, etc.)

• Performance marketing operation and optimization (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

• Planning a contrarian marketing strategy to penetrate the mass market — developing a new customer base with a ‘non-fashionable’ grammar

• Marketing performance analysis and reporting (management of key indicators such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, etc.)

Qualification Requirements

• More than 2 years of marketing experience in the fashion/beauty industry

• Experience in operating SNS channels and planning content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Data-based decision-making capabilities (using analysis tools such as GA and Amplitude)

• Experience in operating performance advertising such as Meta Ads and Google Ads

• Keen sense of fashion trends and consumer psychology

• Smooth communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities

• Experience in operating Musinsa partner marketing or e-commerce platform promotions

• Video/photo production possible (lookbook, campaign content, etc.)

• Deep understanding of the production-distribution-consumption structure of the fashion industry
